DEEP FARM Presented at the EU Open Doors Day

On Saturday, May 10, the DEEP FARM project was presented during the “Open Doors Day” organized by the European Union in Santo Domingo. This annual event serves as a platform to showcase EU-funded initiatives, fostering transparency, dialogue, and engagement with the public.
Throughout the day, the DEEP FARM initiative was introduced to a diverse audience, including students, representatives of international organizations, and members of civil society. The presentation highlighted the project’s main objectives, current progress, and its role in advancing digital transformation in agriculture.
Key elements such as sustainable farming practices, digital tools for agricultural innovation, and capacity-building programs for youth were shared with attendees. The event encouraged dialogue and created opportunities for exchange and potential collaboration with various stakeholders.
Participation in the EU Open Doors Day contributed significantly to the visibility and outreach of the DEEP FARM project. It also reinforced its position as an innovative initiative supporting the digital transition of agriculture in both local and international contexts.
The DEEP FARM team acknowledges the European Union for providing this opportunity and remains committed to promoting sustainable agricultural development through continued cooperation and innovation.
